Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fee
The fee for a consultation is the fee shown on the booking button at the time you book, and is payable at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation call.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, we refund the fee in full. Cancellations after that, and missed appointments, are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or cannot hold the consultation, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
How refunds are made
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Outcomes
Refunds are not available on the grounds that an interpretation or prediction did not match your expectations or later events, since astrology is guidance and not a guarantee.
