Who we are
VEDAKJYOTI is operated by LIGHTSAPIEN PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999DL2018PTC340245), Delhi, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share when you request a consultation.
What we collect
Name, date, time and place of birth, mobile number, email address, your chosen consultation topic and the description of your question, and the technical data your browser sends (such as IP address and device type).
Why we collect it
To prepare your chart, contact you to schedule your consultation call, deliver the consultation and report, and keep a record of our conversations. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Who sees it
Only the astrologers and staff involved in your consultation, and service providers that help us operate: our payment processor Razorpay, email delivery, spreadsheet/storage and website analytics. Payments are made on Razorpay's secure window; we do not see or store your card or bank details. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No online system is perfectly secure.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google and Meta measurement tools to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. They set cookies only if you accept in the consent banner. If you decline, they are not loaded. Razorpay may set cookies of its own when you pay.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
